Commander s Intent and Concept of Operations (1) Commander s Intent. To ensure that individual UNIFORM and grooming REGULATIONS are appropriately disseminated and enforced. (2) Concept of Operations. Commanders shall make the contents of this manual available to the personnel in their charge, and shall require officers and non-commissioned officers to uphold and enforce its provisions equally as a matter of tradition and pride, and of good order and discipline.
