1 materials , consumables and Miscellaneous Allowances Panel consumables $ per repair hour R&R welded panel(s) allowance $ An R&R welded panel(s) allowance for one or more welded panel replacement can be added to cover the cost of consumables used during the R&R process ( door skin, quarter panel etc). This is to be shown in Miscellaneous on the quote. Paint consumables $ per Paint hour Paint materials S1 $ S2 $ M1 $ M2 $ M3 $ Setup / colour match 1 colour @ repairer labour rate Setup / colour match 2 colour When a second colour is involved the allowance increases to @ repairer labour rate Paint loadings (for any visible repaired, re- skinned, used or exchange external parts) An allowance of 10% of the "OUT" paint time can be added when the repair time is between hours and hours inclusive An allowance of 25% of the "OUT" paint time can be added when the repair time exceeds 1 hour on applicable components An allowance of 10% of the "OUT" paint time can be added when a used panel is to be fitted An allowance of 25% of the "OUT" paint time can be added when an exchange bumper bar is to be fitted An allowance of 25% of the "OUT" paint time can be added where filler work is required on a new welded panel An allowance of 25% of the "OUT" paint time can be added where door skin replacement Matt Finishes When the exterior colour of the vehicle is refinished in matt clear.
2 An allowance of 10% can be added to the paint hours for the exterior panels refinished in matt clear. Specialised Paint Finishes For the colours listed as M3+ an additional allowance of hours per paint hour can be added. This allows for the extra processes, setup, consumables and materials for these colours. A full list of M3+ colours are identified in the Paint Group Data. Blend allowance 70% of "OUT" paint time Environmental Allowance Environmental allowance is to cover the costs of responsible disposal of waste material - $ Single panel masking allowance An allowance of hrs at the repairer's hourly rate applies where a single panel only (with no adjoining blends) requires refinishing and is to remain on the vehicle. This is to be shown in Miscellaneous on the quote. *This does not apply to bumper bars*
