Combination of vehicles: $ Title 42 certified postage When billing hourly Rates instead of distance Rates , the Wrecker service may bill a minimum fee equal to 1 hours. Wrecker Services may charge either distance OR hourly Rates but not both. Exceptions include charges for recovery services, and waiting or standby time when billing distance Rates . In both exceptions, the time and justification for the service must be documented on the face of the invoice. Recovery Recovery services including winching, hoisting, up-righting, or removal services necessary to position the towed vehicle so that the Wrecker vehicle is able to hookup or load the towed vehicle may be billed in addition to distance and hourly Rates .

3 Recovery services may be billed at no more than the hourly rate. When billed, the justification for and time spent providing recovery services must be documented on the face of the invoice. Extra Labor Rates shall be $ per person per hour. Time and justification must be documented on the face of the invoice. Skilled or Specialized Labor Rates shall be actual Rates charged for such labor and/or equipment. When skilled or specialized labor or equipment is required, the Wrecker operator's documented cost for such skilled or specialized labor or equipment plus a twenty-five percent (25%) gross profit markup to cover overhead costs for such labor may be added to the invoice or freight bill to be collected in addition to all other applicable charges. Distance, hourly (excluding recovery), and hookup Rates may be adjusted weekly by adding a fuel surcharge as provided in this section. The fuel surcharge shall be based on the Department of Energy "weekly retail on-highway diesel prices" for the Midwest Region" using Two Dollars ($ ) per gallon as the base price with no fees added. The Wrecker fees may be adjusted to allow a one-percent increase in fees for every ten-cent increase in fuel cost starting at Two Dollars and ten cents ($ ) per gallon. For Current Rates Please Check: Storage Rates These are the Maximum Rates allowed for storage and will remain in effect until changed by an order of the Corporation Commission. Wrecker services may choose to charge less than the Maximum allowed but may not charge more. Storage begins when the vehicle is brought onto the storage facility premises. Rates are based on the calendar day and Maximum daily Rates may be charged for any towed vehicle which is stored for a portion of a twenty-four hour period. In no event may a vehicle in the operator's possession for less than 24 hours be charged more than one day storage. When billed, the justification for and time spent releasing a vehicle after hours must be documented on the face of the invoice. After-hours apply from 5:00pm-midnight and from midnight-8:00am Monday-Friday, anytime Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday. National holidays are New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, on the third Monday in February, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and shall further include the Friday before such holiday which falls on a Saturday and the Monday following such holiday which falls on a Sunday.
