1 Medical Services CIMAS Medical Services is a division of CIMAS Medical Aid Society. The CIMAS Medical Services (CMS) division incorporates CIMAS Medical Laboratories, Harare Haemodialysis Centre, St. Clements Chemotherapy among many others, providing access to a comprehensive range of pathology tests in the diagnosis and management of patient diseases, haemodialysis Services , and specialist Medical and administration divisions.
