Amy Fricke-Weigel Amy is the CEO of Fricke Printing Service Inc. in Manitowoc, wisconsin . She is a graduate of Roncalli High School and graduate of the university of wisconsin oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business & Communication and Master's Degree in Business Administration. Amy Fricke-Weigel Amy is the CEO of Fricke Printing Service Inc. in Manitowoc, wisconsin . She is a graduate of Roncalli High School and graduate of the university of wisconsin oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business & Communication and Master's Degree in Business Administration. Amy has been involved in the Manitowoc community for over twenty-eight years by serving on the following boards: The Capitol Civic Centre, The Hope House, YMCA, and the Rahr West Art Museum Governing Board where she served as president for the last twelve years and served as Treasurer for the Friends of the Manitowoc Fire Department Board .

2 Amy serves as Vice President of the Rahr West Art Museum Foundation Board , President of the Manitowoc Library Foundation, and Chairperson for the Roncalli Fine Art Association. She is President of the Friends of the Manitowoc Aquatic Center Board and led a three-phase capitol campaign to build and expand the Aquatic Center complex in Manitowoc. Amy has worked with Community First to help connect the credit union to the Manitowoc community. Amy and her family are long time credit union members. Her father was Chairman of the Herald Times CU who selected Community First as their merger partner in with Community first in 2004.

3 Amy and her husband Russ reside in Manitowoc and have two children: Andrew and Rebecca. Justin Malin Justin is a Sales Administrator with Macqueen Emergency an authorized Pierce Mfg. dealer. He earned an Associate Degree in Fire Protection Technician and a Certificate in Fire Investigation from Fox Valley Technical College. He is currently pursuing his bachelor's degree in Fire and Emergency Response Management from UW- oshkosh . Justin's past community service includes being a Volunteer Firefighter with 18 years of service, and volunteering with the American Red Cross as a Disaster Action Team Member and the Home Fire Campaign Leader for wisconsin .

4 Justin's current volunteering includes working with the Professional Firefighters of wisconsin Charitable foundation, volunteering with the WI Chapter of National Sprinkler Association and lastly volunteering with World Relief through his church. He has been a member of Community First since Justin grew up in the Fox Cities and currently lives in Redgranite with his wife and three kids. Peter Mariahazy, SPHR,CDIA (Incumbent). Peter is the Chief Administration Officer for Catalysis (formerly the ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value) where he is responsible for developing the strategy in support of the mission and administration execution of the organization's business plan and operations.

5 Prior to Catalysis, he served as Director of Technology and Human Resources, Operations Manager for Modern Business Machines for 19. years. Peter holds a Bachelor of Organizational Development degree from the university of wisconsin - oshkosh and earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA) designations. He is very active in the community serving the United Way Fox Cities (31 years) as Board Chair and Chair of the Community Impact Council and Personnel Committee, the US Youth Soccer Association (4 years) as Treasurer, the Bergstrom Mahler Museum of Glass (7 years) as President and Board member, EAA.

6 AirVenture (31 years) as the Appleton Airport Operations Chair, the wisconsin Youth Soccer Association (18 years) as President, Treasurer and Board member. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region. A long-time member-owner of Community First, Peter was appointed to the Board in 2021 when Director Dave Peperkorn passed away. He serves on the Talent & Compensation Committee and recently represented members at the Credit Union National Association's Governmental Affairs Conference in Washington Peter lives in the Fox Cities with his wife, Joann. They have two sons, Rocky and Stephen, one daughter, Loren, and 10 grandchildren.

7 Dr. Susan May (Incumbent). Susan has recently retired as the President and CEO of Fox Valley Technical College having served in various leadership roles with the College over 38 years and serving as an educator in the region over a 42 year career. She now holds the designation of FVTC President Emeritus given her contributions to the College, communities, and the impact of the educational programs, services, and partnerships achieved in her 13. years as president. May received both her bachelor's and master's degrees in education from the university of wisconsin -Stout and her doctorate from Nova Southeastern university .

8 In support of the community, Susan has served on the Board of Directors for many organizations over the years, including the Bay- Lakes Council-Boy Scouts of America, New North, Junior Achievement- wisconsin , the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, and Riverview Gardens, among others. She has also served as Board Chair for several national, state and regional organizations including the National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship, the wisconsin Technical College System Presidents' Association, and the Northeast wisconsin Educational Resource Alliance (NEW. ERA).

9 Dr. May was the recipient of the 2021 Outstanding Lifetime Philanthropy Award from the Association of Fundraising Professionals - Northeast wisconsin , the 2021 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Women of Influence in the New North awards program sponsored by Insight Magazine, the 2019 Gus A. Zuehlke Distinguished Service Award from the Fox Cities Chamber, the 2012. Thomas G. Scullen Educational Leadership Award from the Appleton Education Foundation, and the 2008 Athena Award by the Fox Cities Chamber. She also served as the 2011 and 2012 fundraising campaign co-chair for United Way Fox Cities. Susan joined the Community First Credit Union Board of Directors in July of 2006 and has served in all officer roles of the Board , including Chair, and has actively served on various committees of the Board .

10 Susan lives in the Town of Greenville with her husband, Tim. James Schmitz Jim retired from Pacon Corporation/Dixon Ticonderoga Company in March 2020 after 23 years as President & CEO of the company. In retirement, he is currently serving on the Dixon Ticonderoga Company Board as Vice Chairman and as an advisor to the publicly traded Italian (Milan) company, The FILA Group, who currently owns Dixon. In addition, he provides consulting services to the Binding Edge, C3 and Milltown Paper Inc as well as serving on the boards of C3, Valley Packaging Industries and Botanica Ventures LLC. Jim has been an Equity Operating Partner with the Milwaukee based private equity firm Mason Wells since 2017.
