1 Member (MCIEH) To access this grade, you will need either: A. A relevant Level 4 qualification + 5 years relevant practice; or B. A relevant Level 6 qualification + currently be working in a relevant role; or C. A minimum of 10 years relevant practice (via the MCIEH Experience Route Assessment). Relevant qualifications Relevant subjects could include: Food Safety or Hygiene HACCP Health and Safety First Aid Noise Acoustics Pollution Housing Public Health Animal Welfare Trading Standards Level 4 qualifications could include: Higher National Certificate (HNC) Higher National Diploma (HND) First year of a BSc degree Specific Level 4 qualifications we would accept for the Member grade.
2 CIEH Level 4 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace CIEH Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering CIEH Level 4 Award in Food Safety Management for Manufacturing EHRB Certificate in Animal Welfare Management EHRB Certificate in Integrated Pollution Prevention Control EHRB Certificate in Sunbed Management Institute of Acoustics Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control Higher National Diploma in Health and Social Care Higher and Ordinary Certificates in Food Premises Inspection (EHRB, IFST, or SFSORB) Diploma in Trading Standards Diploma in Consumer Affairs nebosh Diploma Level 6 qualifications could include: A BSc (or higher qualifications such as an MSc etc) A degree apprenticeship We will accept any relevant Level 6 qualifications.
