2 Please be sure to stay in a safe place until the service provider arrives. If for any reason you no longer need emergency road service, please call us back immediately at 800-516-2911. When the service provider arrives, show your Membership card and sign the service your vehicle requires two tows to reach its final place of repair, the second tow will be considered a continuation of the original tow. We will reimburse you up to your $250 benefit limit. You are responsible for payment of expenses that exceed your benefit limit plus any expenses that are not covered by your plan.* Valid in states where permitted by lawWHEN YOU WILL NEED AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER If we are unable to dispatch service when you call us, a member services representative will provide you with an authorization number.

3 You may then call a local service provider of your choice and pay them directly for services rendered. To receive reimbursement, be sure to submit your reimbursement request within 90 days of service. Include your Membership number and the original, dated receipt with the authorization number the representative gave you. For more details on how to obtain reimbursement, see How to Submit a Reimbursement Request on page 5. CALL-AHEAD SERVICER unning late? When you call us for roadside service and speak to one of our member service representatives, we will notify your waiting party of your delay. Just provide their name and phone number and the representative will take care of SERVICE GUARANTEEWe want to ensure that you get back on the road quickly.

4 If the service provider we dispatch arrives more than 30 minutes after the estimated time of arrival, you may call Customer Service and receive a 25% discount off your next year s Membership dues. (Not valid in Maryland.)BENEFITS AND SERVICESE mergency Road Service and Towing Benefit1 Benefit Limit Up to $2501 Expenses which are not covered include, but are not limited to: Recovery expenses due to accident, fire or flood; parts, products or storage; service(s) performed in a dealership, garage, or service station; service(s) performed in areas not regularly traveled (such as sand beaches, open fields, forests and areas not passable due to construction); service(s) needed due to an act of nature, etc.

5 ; charging a battery or delivery and repair of tires; tow bar rentals; towing due to a parking violation or towing out of a place of repair or impound areas (except for accident or theft recovery); service(s) other than that provided by a commercial garage or service station (payment will not be made to private parties or unlicensed facilities); service(s) to a disabled vehicle driven by anyone (such as a friend or distant relative) who is not a Motor Club member, removing/ installing snow tires, repairs to studs, mounting and dismounting snow chains; clearing or entering snowbound driveways; shoveling vehicles out of snow banks or shoveling snow from around a vehicle; local tolls or parkway charges; service to a vehicle with an expired or missing safety inspection sticker, license plate sticker, and/or emission sticker(s) where required by law; and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as Tire and Wheel Road Hazard benefit is not available in the state of Massachusetts.

6 For all other states, the following vehicles are not eligible for coverage: Vehicles with a manufacturer s load rating capacity greater than one ton. Any vehicle with a load capacity of one ton or greater designed for, built for, or used in a private recreational or commercial application including but not limited to Class A (or Type A) Motorhomes and Class C (or Type C) Motorhomes; any motorcycles, trailers, emergency service vehicles; any vehicle used for hire, towing, construction or postal service; any vehicle used for farm, ranch, agriculture, or off-road use. Coverage excludes any damage that occurs from off-road use (off-road use is described as driving on anything that is not a paved or gravel road maintained by the state or local authority).

7 Coverage excludes damage from collision, fire, vandalism, theft, snow chains, manufacturer s defects, abuse and neglect ( improper application, improper inflation, brake lock up, wheel spinning, torque snags, etc.). Also excluded are damages caused by mechanical failures ( failed shocks, struts, alignment, balancing, etc.) or interference with vehicle components ( fenders, exhaust, springs, etc.) and any damage to a tire or wheel that is considered cosmetic. Coverage excludes any tires that have been repaired in a manner other than per manufacturer s guidelines. Also excluded are any tires that have been retreaded, recapped, regrooved, remolded, or tubed.

8 COVERAGE EXCLUDES THE MICHELIN PAX SYSTEM, PAX TIRES, AND TIRES AND WHEELS OF SIMILAR CONSTRUCTION AND PURPOSE. COVERAGE ALSO EXCLUDES ANY TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEMS (TPMS) AND/OR DEVICES AND COMPONENTS ASSOCIATED WITH TPMS. CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED. No expressed guarantee is given other than that stated herein. This program provides two (2) reimbursable incidents per household per Hazard damage occurs when a tire and/or wheel fails due to a puncture, bruise or break incurred during normal driving on a road maintained by the state or local authority.
