Submit the Certificate of Title to the cemetery along with death date information and the Memorial will be released from Storage . Shipping is faster since the Memorial has already been manufactured The family may visit the Storage facility at any time to inspect their Memorial Child protection - Should any child of a Memorial purchaser registered in the Program die between the ages of one (1) and eighteen (18) during the term of the pre-need contract, Matthews will furnish a standard Memorial (up to and including the 24 x 14 size) with vase under the same terms and conditions in effect at the time for the Memorial purchaser.
2 Divorce protection If a couple gets divorced, then Matthews will provide 50% of the wholesale purchase price in the form of a credit to the purchasing cemetery A fully insured and bonded Storage facility Diamond Shield Protective Coating is applied to the Memorial upon release from storageST or Age ProTeCTI on PROTECTED ASSETS: Creditors cannot claim memorials in the event of bankruptcy OWNERSHIP Program : Matthews confers direct ownership of the Memorial to the Memorial owner through a Certificate of Title, in care of the purchasing BOND: Matthews carries a performance bond as a guarantee of delivery of the INSURED: The Storage structure and its contents are fully insured under the terms of ordinary T o TH e PU rCHASIng f AMILY M558 COP 211/29/12 3:12 PM
