2 The Program examines physical Violence and focuses on the devastating effects of emotional and sexual abuse in intimate relationships. A cognitive behavioral approach is utilized with regard to recognition of escalating behaviors and developing a personal control in the six week Program is determined by a criminal record check. Any client with a record of previous assaults or recent felony convictions will be required to complete the twelve session Program is designed for court mandated probationers. Voluntary participants are permitted if space allows.
