Once the process document is completed and reviewed with the customer, the consultant will develop a MOP and begin the testing phase. Testing. Following the MOP steps, a consultant who did not author the MOP will execute the PROCEDURE as documented. This consultant will ensure that the execution is completed without errors, that the end state is achieved and the time for each step is recorded.

4 Once the MOP is successfully executed, oracle Communications Consulting will review the PROCEDURE with the customer. MOP Review. The oracle Communications consultant who was the assigned lead throughout the process will review the PROCEDURE with the customer's staff. The technical review will permit the customer to ask any questions regarding the PROCEDURE , validate that the PROCEDURE meets the original requirements and confirm that the PROCEDURE execution time meets the targeted timeline. Customer Responsibilities The customer will provide all necessary information to oracle and review all procedures as requested The customer will identify a technical contact who will participate in the information gathering phase, will be the point of contact for all information requests or technical questions and will provide sign-off for completed work oracle may require a retesting fee if changes have occurred after the tested PROCEDURE has oracle DATA SHEET.
