1 Revised 3-11-16 1 MICHELINB2B BIB Express Quick Reference Guide This document serves as a Quick Reference Guide for BIB Express online inventory inquiries and ordering. Connecting to BIB Express Enter User ID and Password and click to Login to site. Select EBusiness / Check BIB Express Availability from top menu options. By selecting Check BIB Express Availability from the EBusiness drop menu, system will navigate directly to search options. This can also be accessed by clicking EBusiness from top menu options and then selecting Check BIB Express Availability from left side menus. Check BIB Express Availability This choice is used to inquire if the items are in stock at both the Michelin and distributor distribution centers. Process BIB Express Order / Place an Order This choice will move directly to a distributor order screen.

2 Process BIB Express Order / View Orders in Process This choice is used to track previous orders. There are two search options available -- Search by MSPN (or CPN), or Search by Size; Search by MSPN being the system default search method. Search by MSPN (CPN) To Search by MSPN (CPN), from Check BIB Express Availability menu, enter up to 5 MSPNs or CPNs and the requested quantity and click Search. NOTE: The quantity field will default to a quantity of 4 but can be overstruck with another quantity as needed. NOTE: The ordering location as well as the designated local distributor are both indicated on the page (along with contact phone information for local distributor if needed). NOTE: The FAB column allows access to features, advantages and benefits for the individual products. Click the to view/print this information.

3 Inquiry results are displayed along with product descriptions. To order from available inventory at local distributor warehouse, enter Requested Qty (1), PO# (2), and click to Submit BIB Express Order (3). OR, To order from available inventory at Michelin DC, enter Requested Qty (1), PO# (2) and click Michelin Order (4) to initiate small package shipment. NOTE: Customer Pick Up box can be indicated if picking up tires from distributor. 1 2 3 4 Revised 3-11-16 2 When completing a BIB Express order to the local distributor, BIB Express Order Inquiry page displays to confirm order status as Submitted (1). BIB NET Order# and Reference TS# displays on this inquiry confirmation page. When initiating a Michelin order for small package shipment, the BIB NET order page is displayed with PO and product information as referenced.

4 Click to Commit Stock to continue with Michelin order. Click Send to DC to schedule small package shipment. OR to include with next normal truckload shipment, click Send to CSR and change Transport to Next Truck. Confirmation page will display to indicate Scheduled or Sent to CSD based on selection. Search by Size To Search by Size, from Check BIB Express Availability menu, select brand and enter size and click Search. Inquiry results are displayed along with product descriptions. Search by Size will only inquire against local distributor inventory and display products with available quantities. To order from available inventory at local distributor warehouse, enter Requested Qty (1), PO# (2), and click to Submit BIB Express Order (3). NOTE: Customer Pick Up box can be indicated if picking up tires from distributor.

5 Again, confirmation displays to confirm status and order/ Reference information. Process BIB Express Orders/Place an Order Orders can be entered through Process BIB Express Orders / Place an Order menu options by entering PO#, Stock#(s), QTY, and then clicking Save to confirm availability and Submit to complete the order. Quickest option is to order through Check BIB Express Availability search screens. Process BIB Express Orders/View Orders in Process Order history can be viewed for a rolling 30 day window. Order details can be viewed by selecting the entry circle to left of listing and clicking Inquiry option at top of window. Order Statuses: Open - The order can be modified or cancelled and has not yet been submitted to local distributor. Submitted - The order is placed with the distributor and can be modified or cancelled by the distributor.

6 Voided - The distributor cancelled the order. Cancelled - The order was cancelled by the dealer participant (prior to Submit to the distributor).
