1 FEDPAY Internet Explorer Compatibility Mode in Microsoft Edge Internet Explorer will soon be unsupported by Microsoft . FEDPAY users must use Microsoft Edge and enable Internet Explorer Compatibility . For FEDPAY users whose PCs are managed by group policy: please contact your Windows Administrator to allow IE Compatibility mode on your PC. Those with administrator rights can use instructions from Microsoft to g uide them. For FEDPAY users on unmanaged PCs: 1. Open Microsoft Edge in Windows Select the Settings and More (ellipsis) button in the top-right corner, and Compatibility Mode in Microsoft Edge Job Aid | 1 FEDPAY 3. The Settings dialog is displayed.
