Draft Job Descriptions The present report documents that SELEA assisted the Ministry of Environment to standardise and prepare updated Job Descriptions according to the latest organisational structure. The JDs prepared (52) have been with a focus on the JDs for the environmental professional positions. The administrative positions have not been considered. Most of the JDs were prepared after due consultation of the individual employee and in many cases also after consultation of the manager referred to. However some JDs are still brief and drafted without consultation ( Legal staff positions). The JDs for the Directors positions have not been consulted. In these draft proposals leadership and qualifications have been stressed.

5 All JDs are in English. Updating JDs The actual JDs need to be translated to Albanian language by competent translator. Much of the terminology is important to be concise. For the future each specific JD need to be updated every time a job is vacant. The organisation might have changed radically or slightly or the division of tasks between employees. 5.
