1 Missouri Certificate of Title (FRONT) ALL owners listed on the face of the Title must sign and print their name(s) on the back of the Title in the seller(s) area. (BACK) Obtain a notarized lien release for any liens shown. Complete blocks 1-14 before giving the Title to the purchaser, noting the instructions below. Blocks 1-7 and 11-12 are self-explanatory. 8. Record the net price of the vehicle (sale price Trade-In). 9. Record the odometer reading of the vehicle at the time of sale if the vehicle is less than ten years old. 10. Check the appropriate box when applicable: Mileage in excess of its Mechanical Limits = 5 digit odometer has rolled over 100,000. Mileage Reading is Not Actual = odometer is broke or has been replaced, etc. 11. One purchaser is required to SIGN. 12. ALL sellers listed on the face of the Title must SIGN. 1.
