1 Following the recent changes to SA WorkCover s peer Review process on 30 March 2010, mlcoa is pleased to announce that we have trained staff and Doctors available to assist you. mlcoa provides a wide range of accredited Assessors and our team adopts a collaborative quality assurance approach to the Review of reportsOur internal processes involve the following: mlcoa staff members have also completed the WorkCover PI training and are competent and experienced in carrying out our internal Quality Assurance PI reports will be reviewed by our staff prior to release to ensure AMA 5 and SA WorkCover mlcoa accredited medical specialists have gained the necessary experience over the last 12 months under the Peer Review an added safeguard for the future and to ensure our ongoing compliance with the WorkCover Guidelines, Dr Beata Byok (former Workcover peer reviewer)
