High quality performance can be maintained and prolonged if the Operation and Preventative Maintenance Care and Instructions provided in this Manual are followed carefully and consistently. Introduction All operating and maintenance personnel must read this Manual carefully and pay special attention to the warnings and cautions before operating or servicing the machinery.
10 2. Initial Operation of Equipment ID Technology equipment is carefully assembled and checked before it is shipped from the factory. Upon completion of field installation all fasteners, set screws, etc. should be checked for tightness. After an initial operating period of 40 to 60 hours, the equipment should again be thoroughly inspected for any signs of loose fasteners, set screws or other components and necessary corrections made.
