USCO/FIC Codes: Whenordering service from the telephone company for the RL5000 series ATM, thefollowing information should be supplied:Universal Service Order Code (USOC): RJ-11 CThe Facility Interface Code (FIC): 02LS2 Plug and Jack: The plug and jack used to connect this equipment to premise wiringand telephone network must comply with the applicable FCC Part 68 rules andrequirements adopted by ACTA. A compliant telephone cord and modular plug isprovided with this product. The telephone cord is designed to be connected to acompatible modular jack that is also Equivalent Number (REN): The REN is used to determine the number ofthe devices that may be connected to a telephone line.
