PRODUCT LIST INFORMATION. MATERIALS - Atlas Chemical has sold these materials to people over the years. These are the generic names, not name brands. If you want something else, check for alternate names for your product. Give us all the clues you can, for a quote: name[s] of the item, liquid? granular? quantity, how you want to use it, quality [tech grade, industrial, food grade, ACS, USP].

2 Note MINIMUM SALE below. SPECIAL ORDER - We special order some items for our customers. We need a prepayment for special orders. If the Chemical is not common to our business we will make an effort to head you in the right direction. We do not carry refrigerated supplies. Hazardous materials are not sent from San Diego to Hawaii or Alaska due to air transportation restrictions. Some liquid solutions require venting. We do not ship these out of the greater San Diego area. We do not import or export.

3 PURITY Purities are shown by abbreviations in our line item descriptions such as: ACS, USP/NF, FCC, ASA, and IND. They represent: Analytical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Photo, and Industrial grades, respectively. LABORATORY CHEMICALS We are a distributor for Spectrum Quality Products, Inc. If you have already looked up the Spectrum part number for the quantity you want, give your order to us. Sometimes we can save you money because of the shipping and handling charges. Special orders usually require some prepayment before taking the order.

4 TRADE NAMES At the back of the list we have some tradenames and their companies. GENERAL INFORMATION. PRICES We will quote prices upon your telephone, telefax or written request. Those prices are subject to minimum sale and market prices. The written order, modifications, and confirmation control [UCC rules]. Be sure to establish your resale number with us, or other exemption from sales tax. PACKAGE SIZE Many of the products shown in the list are available in more than one size. Let us know the approximate quantity you need, so we can look up the sizes we have: grams/pounds/gallons.

5 MINIMUM SALE Minimum sale for will-call is $10, a cash sale. Minimum sale for delivery within the greater San Diego metropolitan area is $100, prepaid by credit card. Deliveries are to industrial or commercial areas with roads wide enough for our trucks. Common carrier shipping is subject to the $100 minimum delivery, packing costs included. Example: cost of a product $30, $70 additional provides packing and shipping. You may request credit by completing application form with credit references from the last five years.

Please state the product name, product quality, form [liquid? granular?] and quantity which you require. SHIPPING Mimimum sale $100 applies. Atlas makes deliveries to industrial / commercials areas only in San Diego greater metropolitan area south to the border, north to Oceanside, east to Lakeside and west to the coast. $100 applies to common carrier as well. 7 We start new customers off at Net Cash. Prepayments and/or deposits may be required on special order items. NOTE: our terms and conditions are consistent with the Uniform Commercial Code. These terms are listed on the back of each shipping order and invoice. The sale document warrantee is for title/ ownership of product/material, not for any particular use of the material. Minimum age for purchase is 18 under California law with id. Sometimes age 21 is required for particular substances, such as ethyl alcohol.

8 Good stewardship by Atlas and government rules sometimes require buyer to meet more conditions or complete forms. Parents & guardians are responsible for supervising any minor for whom they purchase something for a science project.. RETURNABLE CONTAINERS Charges paid for returnable containers represent a deposit only and do not convey title. Containers need to be returned timely [90 days] and empty for any deposit refund. RETURNS No returns of product will be allowed without prior authorization. Please call us for the conditions and provide us with original date of purchase, our invoice number, product name and quantity and the reason for the return.

9 You will then be responsible for getting the product back to Atlas Chemical . Restocking charges may apply. NOTICE. Most of the products sold by Atlas are generic materials, not trade names. Atlas Chemical will provide the Safety Data Sheets to go with the material. All materials should be handled safely and waste disposed of properly. There are many library and internet sources the buyer can consult. Atlas Chemical labels on product indicate re-packaging. None of these Repackaged items are intended for, nor suited for: a.

10 Economic poison/ pesticide use b. Food additive use c. Drug use d. Cosmetic use [whether as an ingredient or 100% of the ingredients]. e. Fertilizer use. SOLVENTS - End use product certificates are required. HANDLING AND USE OF PRODUCT We strongly urge that all chemicals be handled and used only by suitably trained personnel. Our product label indicates the principle hazards and first aid treatment of many chemicals. Customers should give individual attention to their particular applications.
