3 We are all looking forward to attending the Ballarat Observatory tonight and seeing first hand and up close some of what we have been learning about. The new play ground was to have commenced being installed this week however that has not eventuated. Activity Playgrounds tell me that they are running a week or so behind so hopefully we will see the project get underway shortly. The external walls of the school will commence being painted on Monday of next week. Local painter Mr Len Sharp will be undertaking the work. We will need to have heavy equipment on site and the children have been asked to keep a safe distance from all materials and equipment. We were fortunate enough to have the children share with us their Inspired Session presentation on Wednesday and Thursday.

4 Parents will be pleased to hear that some of our students are understanding what it takes to research a topic, become an expert and present their findings to an audience. Congratulations and well done!
