1 27 11 2011 Daily Habits of the Elderly II Recreational Activities and Feeling of Life Takashi HARADA Keiko KATO Yoshiko ODA Hatsuyo UCHIDA Tomoko OHNO A questionnaire on daily life of the elderly people was conducted for basic information in order to find out the way to live a healthy life with their own values.
2 Based on this questionnaire, this article investigated their recreational activities and feeling of life. The recreational activities of men and women were frequency trip and walking . As for the ratio of participation in recreational activities according to their purpose, men were apt to participate in physical type , intellect type and others , women were apt to participate in create type , culture and ar t types and natural type , and there was a significant difference between men and women. Also, of men and of women had the feeling of life during recreational activities. of men and of women were satisfied with recreational activities, and there was a significant difference between men and women.
