NAMED DRIVER EXCLUSION ENDORSEMENT In consideration of the continuation of this policy for the current and all successive policy periods, it is agreed that all insurance and coverages afforded by this policy are void and shall not apply to any loss, claim, suit, or expense which is caused by or occurs as a result of "your covered auto(s)", described in this policy, or any other auto being driven or operated by the excluded DRIVER (s) as shown in the Declarations. This EXCLUSION does not apply to Other Than Collision and/or Collision Coverage(s) that may be provided by this policy if: A. Other Than Collision and/or Collision Coverage(s) are shown in the Declarations of this policy for the vehicle being driven or operated and B.
2 A separate United Ohio Insurance Company Personal Auto Policy is in force for the excluded DRIVER (s). All other provisions, limitations, exclusions, conditions, and definitions of this policy apply.
