The old 437 chapters have been renamed(and in some cases renumbered) to parallel the structure of the 485 Volume I. The Volume IIIhas also been reformatted to be consistent with the style of Volume I and to meet the PortableDocument File (PDF) standard - making it easier to view and download from the inaugural issue updates chapters one (Organization and Administration) and nine(Financial Management).
