The Registers module allows the scheduling of reviews and supports a caseload view and diary screen of reviews due. It allows records to be flagged in a visible Statutory InterventionsNon Statutory Interventions have a type/sub type, expected and actual start and end dates, an outcome and configurable status types. 6 The module supports the management of projects and allocation of offenders to the same. Has the capability to provide a list of expected attendees on any given day and to support bulk updates of attendances from a single screen. Processing allows hours to be credited against those orders by the Court, giving users an at a glance view of how many hours have been completed to date and what is left (Resettlement) This module supports the management of offenders serving custodial sentences, including pre release activity prison visits, sentence planning sessions etc, release on licence including capture of licence conditions and post sentence supervision requirements. It allows for capture of Key throughcare dates (parole eligibility, expected release, actual release as well as prison location to support a diary of offenders due for release.)

7 Recall is also managed through this module and a history of status and prison location changes is maintained that supports the recording and management of custodial sentences and enforcement, it includes the Through the Gate functionality in support of this Data Share SystemThere is a link between nDelius and P-NOMIS via the OFFLOC extract. This allows nDelius users to establish if any offender is in custody (sentence or on remand), and to confirm and update in nDelius their current location and key PremisesA number of national Approved Premises (formerly Hostels) are managed within this module and users are allowed to make referrals and to view performance of the offender during their stay. This function is to be used by a central referral team in each NPS division. AP staff can then respond to referrals, and manage admissions and departures within the module.

8 Links to the contact log to manage key work sessions, and the Drug Testing module allow full capture of the offenders activity during their periods of InterfaceIAPS manages the delivery of Accredited Programmes. The interface supports the flow of offender and sentence information from nDelius to IAPS and the flow of scheduled attendances and attendance/absence data back to nDelius from IAPS. All enforcement is conducted in Interventions SupportProvided for the management of drug interventions, including referrals, assessments, tests and Word ProcessingThe delivery of on-board templates, pre-populated with data and the facility to upload documents produced, or obtained from elsewhere, into the database are a number of large extracts produced by the system (excluding the MIS extract). They include SMS extracts for delivery via third party software, and the Subject Access MaintenanceThis module allows users with enhanced privileges, access to corrective functionality, designed to allow wrongly entered data to be corrected and to facilitate such functionality as the merger of duplicate offender DeletionTo meet statutory obligations, the system contains the functionality to monitor and manage the retention of data pertinent to DiaryThis provides a series of work-flow support screens designed to deliver lists of important actions, events and forthcoming contacts.

9 These include; Offender Manager Alerts (Events in nDelius can be configured to write an alert in the OM Diary these can be dealt with and removed as they are addressed), Enforcement Contacts (all missing attendance outcomes or enforceable actions not completed), Daily Contacts (which offenders, when?), Caseload View (all current cases known by responsible officer), Reports List (reports due, imminent and overdue), Recently Viewed Offenders (a list of up to 16 offenders recently accessed by the user), Court Diary (Appearances, Committals, Breaches, Reports and Offenders designed to support court teams activity, register reviews due, pending transfers and expected releases from custody).
