Energy Efficient Appliance Rebate Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant is pleased to offer rebates to customers purchasing selected energy efficient ENERGY STAR appliances , including refrigerators, clothes washing machines, room unit air conditioners and dishwashers. ENERGY STAR appliances have been identified being significantly more energy efficient than the average comparable model. To be eligible for the TMLP s Energy Efficient Appliance Rebate Incentive: Customers must have had an active residential electric account with the TMLP for at least 6 months, and have a zero balance (with no arrears) for at least 6 months also.

3 Only ENERGY STAR refrigerators, clothes washing machines, room AC units, dishwashers, and room air conditioners are eligible for rebate. appliances that may qualify will have the ENERGY STAR logo on the yellow EnergyGuide label that is attached to the Appliance . (See Eligible list of appliances on following pages or at ). A copy of all sales receipts will be required by TMLP in order to receive your incentive; Offer limited to ONE ENERGY STAR Appliance purchase per household per calendar year; Appliance must be installed at the account location; Appliance must be Purchased between January 1 and December 31 in calendar year of initiative. applications received after January 31 of next calendar year will not be honored for prior year so please send in your application in a timely fashion.
