(iii) Ms. Upma Srivastava, lAS (SK:88), Additional Secretary, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment as Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Castes, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India.

Gangwar, lAS (BH:88), Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare as Secretary, Department of Border Management, Ministry of Home Affairs. (v) Ms. Juthika Patankar, lAS (UP:88), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship as Secretary, Central Information Commission, Department of Personnel & Training in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India by temporarily upgrading the post. (vi) Ms. Anita Praveen, lAS (TN:89), Special Secretary, Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications as Special Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industries by temporarily upgrading a vacant post of Joint Secretary in the Ministry.

4 The officer will take over as Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industries upon superannuation of Ms. Pushpa Subramanyam, lAS (TG:85) on ACC has also approved in-situ upgradation of the following officers to the level of Special Secretary in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India as a measure personal to them: (i) Shri Rohit Kumar Singh, lAS (RJ:89), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Culture as Special Secretary, Ministry of Culture by temporarily upgrading the post held by the officer.

5 (ii) Shri Amrit Lal Meena, lAS (BH:89), Additional Secretary (Logistics), Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry as Special Secretary (Logistics), Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry by restoring the post to the level of Secretary to the Government of India. Page lof 4 ACC has further approved the following Additional Secretary/Joint Secretary level appointments: (i) Ms. Alka Upadhyaya, lAS (MP:90), Additional Secretary, Department of Rural Development, Ministry of Rural Development as Chairperson, National Highways Authority of India, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary by temporarily downgrading the post.

Asok Kumar, lAS (TG:91), Mission Director, National Water Mission, Department of Water Resources, river Development and ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti as Director General, National Mission for Clean ganga , Department of Water Resources, river Development & ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary vice Shri Rajiv Ranjan Mishra, lAS (TG:87) upon his superannuation on (iii) Shri Amit Yadav, lAS (UT:91), Director General, Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce & Industry as Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry.

(vi) Shri Sriram Taranikanti, lAS (TR:92), presently in the Cadre, as Additional Secretary, Inter State Council Secretariat. (vii) Ms. Neelam Shammi Rao, lAS (MP:92), Director General (Training), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship as Central Provident Fund Commissioner, Employees' Provident Fund Organization, Ministry of Labour and Employment in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary.

8 (viii) Shri Amit Agrawal, lAS (CG:93), Additional Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology by temporarily upgrading a vacant post of Joint Secretary in the Ministry.
