The SCHOOL may hold and process by computer or otherwise any information obtained about the parents/guardians as a result of their liability for SCHOOL fees . The SCHOOL may conduct a credit enquiry and/or a credit information search about the parents/guardians with a credit information bureau, persons acting as their agents and/or other credit grantors. If parents/guardians fail to meet their SCHOOL fee obligations the SCHOOL may record the parents/guardians non-performance with a credit information bureau. Any information conveyed to a credit information bureau will be available to other credit grantors and used in making credit risk management decisions.

3 In the event of legal action being instituted against parents/guardians, in terms of section 40 & 41 of the act, and legal costs do arise, the parents/guardians will be held liable for legal costs on the scale as between attorney and own client plus collection commission and interest at the maximum rate prescribed by law from due date to date of payment. Should the parent change domicilium citandi et executandi without notifying the SCHOOL requiring the SCHOOL to appoint tracing agents, the parent will be liable for the costs of the tracing agent in the maximum amount of per trace.
