1 Norwex Microfiber - improving quality of life Facts: 1. Norwex Microfiber is a synthetic fiber made of the perfect blend of polyester and polyamide (Nylon*). *Nylon has excellent durability, temperature resistance and tensile strength. Nylon was intended to be a synthetic replacement for silk and substituted for it in many different products after silk became scarce during World War II. o The fiber is 1/100th the size of a strand of hair. o This high quality Microfiber combined with the right knitting process creates an extremely effective cleaning material. o This material can hold up to 7 times its weight in dirt and water. o Unlike many other types of cloths that smear dirt across the surface you are trying to clean, the microfibers produce an electrostatic charge which removes dirt, germs and bacteria to leave you with a clean, highly-polished surface.

2 O Microfiber is environmentally friendly and can reduce the consumption of cleaning chemicals in your house up to 90%. o Can make a big difference for anyone with allergies and chemical sensitivities. o Microfiber has been tested to remove of bacteria from surfaces. o Norwex Microfiber is very durable. o Norwex Antibacterial Microfiber is a patent-pending technology that combines an antibacterial silver-based agent with our Microfiber . The antibacterial agent is actually embedded inside the tiny Microfiber during the Microfiber production process. This means that the micro-technology silver does NOT leach into the environment upon washing. Maintenance: o To save the environment and reduce the use of detergents, we suggest that slightly dirty cloths and mops be washed with a little dish detergent under warm running water and used again before laundering.

3 O Use our Rubber Brush to remove dirt and debris from the mops between launderings o Launder Microfiber cloths in hot water with other lint-free laundry using Norwex laundry detergent (or other environmentally friendly detergent). o Do not use bleach or fabric softener as they contain zeolite, which will coat the fibers and diminish the product s ability to clean effective. o For hard water areas, it is recommended to machine wash your Microfiber with detergent while using Magnet Ball to soften wash water. * To deep clean, remove stubborn stains or odours from smelly cloths, Norwex Microfiber can be boiled for 10 minutes to allow fibers to swell and release the debris. Use Microfiber cloths to clean with water Good rule of thumb: and to clean the Microfiber , use water and soap ( Norwex brand or other environmentally friendly brand).

4 Soap and water is needed to wash dirty Microfiber . Hot water washing* is the best washing to clean Microfiber because heat for cleaning is always a good option. The following are 4 reasons why: Cleaning Power- Washing fabrics in hot water actually helps to lift away and clean dirty fabrics thus reducing the amount of time you'll have to spend scrubbing and reducing the need for extra detergents. This is for hand washing or machine washing. Killing Bacteria and Microorganisms- Hot water is good at effectively killing bacteria in fabrics. Just because we have antibac fibers does NOT mean we do not also take advantage of a good hot wash cycle now and again. Cutting grease- Cooler temperatures can leave behind greasy residues.

5 Hot water again helps CUT grease and residues, again cleaning the cloth better. Drying Time- Hot water dries much more quickly than warm or cool water. Thus in the DRYER this means less dryer time, less tumbling and lower energy costs. When hanging to dry the cloths dry faster. Remember wet cloths are a haven for bacteria. Again YES we have ANTIBAC however our goal is to rely on common sense. Just because it is antibac doesn t mean we provide an opportunity where more bacteria can grow and become contaminated. Our goal is to always have the cleanest cloths, we cannot always rely on antibac fibers to take care of all the germs. *Hot water washing CAUTION- wash with LIKE colors for first few washes as this MAY be when colors can transfer.

6 Although all our Microfiber is tested for color fastness colors can run depending on the detergent used. Microfiber with silver Where to Use How to Use Enviro Cloth, antibac red/green/yellow/blue (has micro-silver built right into the fiber to kill bacteria trapped within the cloth will not wash out) All surfaces that need to be cleaned. Clean everything using only water - walls, windows, sinks, tubs; also a great stain remover on carpets, and upholstery. For very dirty mirrors & windows use first then polish with a Window Cloth. Fold into a square and use each square until it is dir ty*, then flip to a clean square * good rule is the amount of surface area you would have normally cleaned with ONE paper towel square.

7 Use Dry or slightly damp for dusting, the Microfiber attracts and absorbs dust and dirt. Saves time. Also use dry to remove carpet and upholstery stains spray stain with water and scrub gently with dry cloth. Wet - removes dirt, water, grease, bacteria, and all unsanitary residues, leaving a bacteria free surface. For extra dirt, spray surface with water. Window Cloth, antibac (purple) Windows, mirrors, glass tables, TVs, stainless steel, and other shiny surfaces. Spray water on window/mirror and wipe with dry Window Cloth. For extra dirty surfaces, use a wet Envirocloth and then polish with a dry Window Cloth. Wet Mop Pads, antibac Cleans vinyl, hardwood, laminate, and ceramic flooring effortlessly. Wash windows, walls and ceilings.

8 Great for prepping walls for paint. Add mop clips and window cloth to polish windows. The Wet pad is to be dampened with water to remove dirt, scuffs and bacteria also good to spray floor with a little water prior to using wet pad. Always use dry pad first to remove dust, then wet pad.
