2 Candidates failed to meet the notified eligibility criteria will not be allowed to appear for Medical examination. The following original and 01 set of self attested documents shall be produced at the time document verification and Medical Examination 1. 10th Pass/Matriculation certificate issued by the concerned education board as proof of date of birth. No other document will be accepted for verification of date of birth. 2. SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/Disability/EWS-Income & Asset certificate by reserved category candidates in the prescribed format issued by Competent Authority. 3. Class X & XII marksheets and certificates issued by the concerned board. 4. Conversion certificate from CGPA/OGPA/Letter Grade to percentage of marks, if applicable, from concerned board.

3 5. Income certificate (FY 2020-21) issued on or after by Competent Authority. 6. Candidates seeking reservations under Digboi Legislative Constituency Candidates are required to produce Permanent Residence certificate (PRC)/ Voter Identity card. 7. Any other certificate , as specified.
