NOTIFICATION FOR FINAL ONLINE COUNSELING FOR management quota SEATS The eligible candidates figured in the Merit List of Candidates applied for management quota Seats displayed on 20-7-2017 are informed that the FINAL ONLINE COUNSELING for admission into vacant seats available in MBBS/BDS Courses under management quota (Category B & Category C (NRI quota ) in Private Un Aided Non Minority, Private Un-aided Minority Medical and Dental Colleges (under Dr. NTR UHS) and NRI quota Seats in Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women (under SVIMS), Tirupati and also in newly affiliated following Medical colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh will be held at Dr. NTR university of health sciences , Vijayawada as per the schedule given below.)

2 1) GAYATRI VIDYA PARISHAD health CARE AND MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY, VISAKHAPATNAM 2) NIMRA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL sciences , JUPUDI (Minority) The candidates shall attend the COUNSELING in person along with all documents and Demand Drafts as given in the detailed NOTIFICATION /Prospectus dated Date Time Merit Position From To Venue of COUNSELING 23-08-2017 AM 1-1500 Dr. NTR university of health sciences , Vijayawada. PM 1501-2500 24 -08-2017 AM 2501-3500 PM 3501- up to last merit position INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIATES: 1. The candidates who were absent for the earlier counselings are also eligible to attend the FINAL COUNSELING . The candidates will be called in the order of Merit Position. 2. The resultant vacancies will also be added to the vacancies and filled.

The candidates who have taken seats either in MBBS/BDS Course in earlier counselings are also eligible for attending this FINAL Phase of COUNSELING , if they wish to slide to other college or to other course or to other category. The candidates are also eligible to slide from category C to category B . The Candidates who were already joined have to bring the earlier allotment order, Fee receipts, Receipt of certificates and Admit card issued by the concerned college. 4. The candidates sliding from BDS to MBBS Course have to pay the difference amount of university fee and Tuition fee by way of Demand Draft immediately after taking the seat on the day of COUNSELING . No cheques or cash will be accepted. 5. Candidates who have paid the COUNSELING fee during the earlier COUNSELING need not pay COUNSELING fee.

All the candidates figured in the merit list are eligible to opt for the seats under Category-C (NRI Seats) and they have to produce the declaration and documents of evidence of NRI residence as given in detailed NOTIFICATION /Prospectus Otherwise they will not be permitted to take Category C (NRI quota ) Seats. 7. No candidate will be allowed to cancel the seat / withdraw from the course after commencement of FINAL COUNSELING . 8. The candidates who have taken seats in FINAL COUNSELING have to report to the college compulsorily. They will not be allowed to cancel the seats. If any candidate wants to cancel the seat after 10th Sep, 2017, he/she has to pay the cancellation fee of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the university in addition to penal action notified in the Prospectus already.

5 9. Custodian letters will not be accepted. 10. Proxies will not be allowed. 11. The Vacancies will be displayed on 21-08-2017 on the university Website.
