1 Hello, I applied for a VA home loan for the property at 700 Rockridge Road, Thomasville, MI. The property was recently appraised and I believe an error was made that is negatively impacting the value. There is an additional room on the back of the property that it appears is not being considered in the living area and is listed as a porch only. The construction of the room includes wood framed walls that are insulated and the room has electricity and is heated and air conditioned. I am requesting that the value of the home be re-considered since the room should be calculated as living space.
