3 NUTRITIONAL STATUSThe condition of health of a person that is influenced by the in-take and utilisation of nutrients is called NUTRITIONAL know that we need a nutritious diet for our well-being and good our body receives all the nutrients in appropriate amounts so as tomeet the needs of the body, then we are in the state of good nutrition.
