3 The Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd. invites tender for supply, installation, commissioning & three years Comprehensive AMC(which includes supply of spares) of 80MT Electronic Weighbridges with Bunk House Control Rooms at different Mines of OMC in the state of Odisha on-line through e-procurement portal of Govt. of Odisha . 2. Bid document consisting of technical specifications, schedule of quantities (PRICE BID), terms and conditions of DTCN and other necessary documents together with procedure for on-line bidding can be seen in the website: & OMC website. 3. The Bid document will be available in the website: from dt.

4 To up to for online bidding. 4. The bidder must possess compatible & valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-II or Class-III. 5. Bids shall be received on line only up to of dt. 6. Bidders have to pay on line EMD for Rs. 100, (Rupees One Lakh) only as available in failing which the bids shall be rejected. Procedure of bid submission using electronic payment of EMD by the bidders. i. The bidders have to logon to the Odisha e-procurement portal ( ) using his/her digital signature certificate and then search and then select the required active tender from Search Active Tender option.

5 Now, submit button can be clicked against the selected tender so that it comes to the My Tenders section. ii. The bidders have to upload the required prequalification/ Technical/Financial bid, as mentioned in the bidding document. iii. Then the bidders have to select and submit the bank name as available in the payment options. iv. A bidder shall make electronic payment using his/her internet banking enabled account with designated Banks or their aggregator banks. v. A bidder having account in other Banks can make payment using NEFT/RTGS facility of designated Banks. vi. Online NEFT/RTGS payment using internet banking of the Bank in which the bidder holds his account, by adding the account number as mentioned in the challan as an inter-bank beneficiary.

Only after receipt of intimation at the e-procurement portal regarding successful transaction by bidder, the system will activate the Freeze Bid Submission button to conclude the bid submission process. viii. System will generate an acknowledgement receipt for successful bid submission. The bidder should make a note Bid ID generated in the acknowledgement receipt for tracking their bid status. (a) Only those bidders who successfully remit their Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for submission of bids would be eligible to participate in the tender/bid process. The bidders with pending or failure payment status shall not be able to submit their bid.

7 Tender Inviting Authority, State Procurement Cell, NIC, and the designated Banks shall not be held responsible for such pendency or failure. (b) Designated Bank s (SBI/ICICI/HDFC Bank) payment gateways are being integrated with e-Procurement Portal of Government of Odisha ( ). 7. Bids received on line shall be opened at on dt. in the Office of the GM (Mat.) OMC, Bhubaneswar. Bidders who have participated in the bid can witness the opening of bids after logging on to the site through their DSC. If the stipulated date of opening of bids (technical) is declared Government holiday, the bids will be opened on the next working day.

Time period for completion of supply including installation & commissioning of 80MT electronic weigh bridges shall be 180 days from the issue of formal Purchase Order, as per completion clause No-5.(ii) of tender schedule. 9. Other details can be seen in the bid documents. 10. The authority reserves the right to cancel any or all bids without assigning any reasons thereof. 11. 9 , a Govt. of Odisha Under taking intends to procure and install 80MT Electronic Lorry Weigh Bridges, Bunk House Control Rooms, and other related accessories with Comprehensive AMC at different Mines as mentioned below. Kodingamali Mines,Dist-Rayagada 80MT 02 Sets OMC invites tenders for supply, installation, erection, commissioning of pit less type 80MT Electronic Weigh-bridges with other related accessories like computer systems, printers, UPS including civil construction of Platform, Bunk House Control Room etc.

10 On turn-key basis as per the detailed specification mentioned in the tender schedule including Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of Weigh Bridges which includes supply of spare parts. The warranty period of the Weigh Bridges (Both Mechanical and Electronics spares) shall be for a period of 2(two) years. Thereafter, the Comprehensive AMC which includes spares of weigh bridges and accessories shall be for a period of 03 years from the date of expiry of the warranty period. The warranty for Computer, , UPS, CVT, DG and other related associated infrastructure shall be for a period of two years.
