5 Our ECO Checked range of tanks all incorporate barrier technologies allowing them to meet and surpass United States ABYC, EPA and CARB requirements and have been engineered to meet the demands of the USA marine market. The International versions of Scepter s portable and topside marine tank range meet applicable CSA requirements. Scepter s line of OEM Choice portable fuel tanks also meet CE, ISO and Standards Australia certifi cation ranges are virtually identical dimensionally. The only noticeable difference is the cap. The ECO Checked range has an EPA/CARB approved cap that must withhold 5 PSI of internal pressure even with the cap vent open to be able to meet the EPA/CARB requirements.
