2 In summer of 2018, the contribution rates for the 2019-21 Biennium will be presented to the Pension Funding Council and LEOFF 2 Board for adoption based on the 2017 AVR. In addition to data, asset, and legislative changes; the 2021-23 projected rates could change based on any further reductions to the assumed interest rate assumption or updates to demographic assumptions from our next demographic experience study.
