2 Entry blanks must be signed before you can school your horse. Completely filled out entries received by mail or fax by Wednesday at 5:00 will get $ credit on account. 3 Non-Showing Fee: $ per day Non-negotiable checks will be charged a $ processing fee Protective headgear is required for ALL riders while mounted on horses on the horse show grounds. Juniors exhibitors must wear a harness hat approved in accordance with USEF rules. The USEF rule also applies to adults where jumping and when jumping is required (schooling and warm-up rings). WARNING: Under Texas Law (Chapter 87, Civil, Practice and Remedies Code), an farm animal professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in farm animal activities resulting from the inherent risks of farm animal activities. All minors must have parent/trainer or guardian sign an entry release. In all classes except for warm-up classes, riders must wear shirts with collars and either boots and breeches or paddock boots and jodhpurs in order to show. All riders and trainers of entries in this show must be members in good standing of GHHJA , or pay non-member fees.

4 Horses and ponies competing for year-end awards must be registered, and their owners and trainers must be members. Membership dues are $250 for a lifetime membership, $40 for seniors (age 18 &. over), $35 for juniors (under age 18), and horse/pony registration is $40 (lifetime) or $10 (annual). Dues must be paid to show secretary or proof of membership and horse/pony registration must be submitted before showing. A non-member rider or non-member trainer may participate after paying the show secretary a non-member fee of $ per show day. Leadline participants are exempt from non-member fees. *Duplicate horse/pony names are not allowed. The owner must first check the current registration list to avoid name duplication. Jumper classes 6 ribbons; Champion and Reserve in each division. Hunter & Equitation classes 8 ribbons; Champion and Reserve in each division. Management reserves the right to change, cancel, or combine classes or to do anything necessary to compensate for excessive or inadequate entries.
