3 Candidates passed out prior to 01-01-2020 are not eligible for belonging to General/OBC-NC category must have 60% aggregatewhereas candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD (VH/HH/OH) must have 507oaggregate marks in all years/semesters in qualifying of Percentage: The degree percentage as provided by university/collegewill be considered or where CGPA/GPA or letter grade in a qualiffing degree isawarded, equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the application formas per norms adopted by University/lnstitute. Please also obtain a certificate to thiseffect from University / Institute which shall be required at the time of interview. In casewhere above percentage/conversion is not available then the percentage marks shallbe arrived at by dividing the total marks obtained by the candidate in all the qualifyingsubjects in all the semester(s)/year(s) by aggregating maximum marks.

4 The fraclion ofpercentage so arrived will be ignored will be trealed as less than 50%.All the qualifications specified above should be recognized by Board of TechnicalEducation/ Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 22-11-2021 . Max. Agerelaxation by 5 yrs. for SC/ST, 3 yrs. for OBC and 10 yrs. for PWBD (VHiHH/OH) in Eligibility criterion, Age and Reservations for SC, ST, OBCNC, andPWBD (Persons with benchmarked disabilities - with degree of disability 400/0 orabove) will be as per Government Guidelines / Apprentices Act, 1961 .Candidates who have been engaged previously as Apprentice or are undergoingApprenticeship training elsewhere and have an apprenticeship contract with any otherorganization under the Apprentices Act, 1961 on the NATS Portal are not eligible toapply.

Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to becalled for Interview which will be tentatively scheduled in the month of India merit list will be drawn basis the academic results of engineering degree andScores in the offer for Apprenticeship Training would be subject to clearing the Medical Testas per HPCL standards and submission of all documents / certificates towards proofof Age, Qualifications, Caste, Medical certificate of PwBD and medical fitness , asmay be candidates have enrolled themselves on NATS Portal, candidates to log ontoNATS Portal using their USER lD/Email lD and logged in, on the home page.

6 Candidates have to click on "ESTABLISHMENTREQUESTS' and select option 'Find Establishment' from drop down candidates click on "Find Establishment', the page appears with two "searchCriterions", Options to search by 1) Preferences and 2) Establishment the search criterion options select Establishment Name, candidates need totype Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited and click on option 'Search".Once candidates click on search, apprentice vacancies at Hindustan PetroleumCorporation Limited appears. Candidates need to Click on establishment name"Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited' and select "Apply' candidates click on 'Apply' button a message appears as given below"Successfully applied for the training position".

7 Before applying candidates must ensure that all their profile details (Caste, EducationalBackground, Personal credentials etc.) along with aggregate percentage (refercalculation of percentage in eligibility requirements) are appearing correc y in theirapplication. HPCL will not make any revisions/corrections in the data submittedby candidates. HPCL does not give any commitmenuassurance on providing permanenvtemporaryemployment to Apprentices on successful completion of Apprenticeship Apprentices who would successfully compteb the pertod of apprenticeshiptlaining in the Corporation wourd be accorded relaxation / preierence in theRecruitment norms.

8 Such relaxation would be accorded in two stages , (i) withregard to relaxation in age while computing the eligibility of a candidate(Gnduate Apprentice trainee ) to the extent of the- pen6d for which thec,oncerned applicant Graduate Apprentice trainee had undergone GrcduateApprenticeship training in any of the Corporation,s estabtishment, notexceeding one year and (ii) according additional 596 of the ma*s, suchapprentice secures in the Computer Based lesf (CBT), and reckoning suchgrace ma*s along with the ma*s secured by the candidates in the CBT examfor the purpse of shottlisTing of the candidates for subsequent stage ofselection. It is chfiied that mere successfu, comptetion of ApprenticeshipTnining in the Corporation would not accord any rtght of recruitmeit/ selectioi,save and except the rclaxation mentioned of wrong/false information will lead to disqualification and HPCL will not beresponsible for any of the consequences of fumishing such wrong/false information.

9 Lfany of the above discrepancies to eligibility parameters, fumishing of wrongintimation and or suppressing of any material fact detected/notice even afrerengagement, his/her training will be liable for termination without any further in any form during any stage of engagement process will lead tocancellation will be placed fortraining at locations spread across India. Therefore,only the Candidates willing to be placed at any of the locations across Indiashould engagement of Apprentices will be govemed by the Apprentices Act 1961 /Apprentices Amendment Act, 1973 and Rules engagement as Apprentice Trainees will be for a period of ONE yEAR selected as Graduate Apprentice Trairree shall be paitl uronthly stipend of25000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Onty).
