1 1 Tomago Aluminium Online EHS Inductions instructions for access New Contractor Site or North Gate Select EHS Induction Link on User name: induction Password: induction From Shortcuts click on TAC EHS Inductions Select from main menu New Contractor and enter vendor number then submit. 2 Tomago Aluminium Online EHS Inductions instructions for access New Contractor Site or North Gate Enter password of the day then submit. The daily password is to be obtained from the Tomago Aluminium Site Contractor Co-ordinator. The screen also displays the vendor name in this example Chandler Macleod Group. Tomago New Contractor Start up complete the Online form and submit Online form Online Induction home page click to begin Select type of induction Contractor or North Gate and select single user Click to start induction induction will commence For the Contractor induction the quiz questions are spaced throughout the induction.
2 For the North Gate induction the quiz is located at the end of the induction. Do not skip any chapters. If you do you will not be able to complete the quiz until all chapters are viewed. On completion of the quiz print the Online assessment certificate. Your supervisor will also need to sign the certificate. Bring the original co-signed certificate to Tomago Aluminium security. For North Gate inductions proceed to the North Gate. Tomago Aluminium will retain the certificate and issue you with an identification card and a passport The passport will be stamped with the expiry date of the induction. 3 Tomago Aluminium Online EHS Inductions instructions for access Contractor Renewal Site, North Gate and Business Unit renewal Select EHS Induction Link on User name: induction Password: induction From Shortcuts click on TAC EHS Inductions Select from main menu Existing Contractor and enter you identification number for example 52350 for contractor Bradley Ellis.
3 4 Enter your Date of Birth then submit. The screen will also display your name. The next screen is the validation screen if the date of birth is accepted select begin. Online Induction home page click to begin Select type of induction Contractor or North Gate or Business Unit induction. Select single user Click to start induction induction will commence For the Contractor induction the quiz questions are spaced throughout the induction.
