1 THE SALVATION ARMY CHRISTMAS REGISTRATION 2021 Participating families who register for the Angel Tree program will register for clothing and toys. The program helps provide Christmas presents to those families who are in financial need with children ages 0-12. The items you receive are not guaranteed and are based on donations received. There will be NO in-person REGISTRATION this year due to COVID-19. ONLINE REGISTRATION DATES The REGISTRATION link will be active: 8 am Monday, October 4th thru 8pm Sunday, October 10th At the bottom of the page, you will click No for the invitation Code and then enter your Wake County Zip Code. After our staff has reviewed your application, you will receive an email with your Date and Time for drive-thru pick-up. You must upload the following documents to complete your application process and be registered for the Wake County 2021 Angel Tree season.
2 1. Photo ID (for yourself, you must be the parent or have proof you are the legal guardian for the children.) 2. Proof of current Wake County address, if different from your photo ID. 3. Provide Income sources for everyone in the household. 4. Proof that you are the parent or legal guardian of each child you are registering. Document(s) must have your name and the name of each child you are registering. (Birth Certificate, Shot Record, or School Record). The document must also have the child s Date of Birth on it. Other Important Information: You will need to know each child s clothing and shoe sizes as well as 2 toy wishes. Children must be 12 years or younger on December 25, 2021, to be registered. 3 O Questions can be emailed to o Contact (919) 858-2197 between Monday, Oct. 4th and Friday, Oct. 8th between the hours of 9am to 4pm. Once you start an application, if you need to make edits or complete at a later time, please ONLY follow the link emailed to you to do so. DO NOT begin a new application. Remember to complete your application before 8pm on Sunday, Oct. 10th. Only completed applications with the necessary documents uploaded will be accepted. If your application is not complete by 8pm Sunday, Oct. 10th, you will not be registered for the 2021 Angel Tree season.
