2 3) Do stock taking and daily stock reconciliation by carrying out cycle counts for all locations from which stock was picked and replenished the previous day, verify replenished stock and do bin verification 4) Maintenance of the warehouse in accordance with NDA set standards. 5) Do maximum compliance of health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times in the warehouse. 6) Comply with security checks, controls and measures to ensure stock accuracy 7) Comply with customer service systems, Policies, Practices and Procedures as per the JMS standards 8) Do proper management and handling of working tools (Forklift, Hand pallets and RF. terminal, laptop ). 9) Move damaged and expired drugs and immediately report to a supervisor. 10) Dispose waste materials and engage warehouse cleaners to clean the warehouse as per the recommended warehouse standards. 11) Communicate with customer service team constantly for better planning on which order shall be required first.

3 12) Pro-actively liaise with the logistics team to process planned and emergency customer orders Person Specifications a. Qualifications diploma in any of the following; Stores and warehousing management, Logistics, Customer Care, Procurement, diploma qualification in health related field eg Nursing. 1. b. 4 Key duties and responsibilities 1) Promote the image of JMS through adhering to JMS values when dealing with customers 2) Exhibit excellent customer care skills to our customers 3) Market and sell consumer goods and create awareness for the available items in stock to all customers 4) Analyse customer orders appropriately and translate them into appropriate sales document 5) Maintain proper records of the unconfirmed orders 6) Provide support in the conduct of weekly checks to understand orders that have not been confirmed by customers 7) Make inquiries to the customer and correct any discrepancies in terms of quantities, brands, units of measure depending on the customer orders. 8) Key in accurate details for all customer orders 9) Follow up with CRO for customization of ERP notifications to customers upon invoicing their orders 10) Update customer contacts into the ERP system as and when changes occur. 11) Assist in capturing out of stock items from customer orders and share report with Customer Relations Officer 12) Capture, and compile the customer comments from consignment delivery verification forms, medical representative reports, and at the time of ordering 13) Conduct a tools and technology usage assessment bi-annually for assigned customers and compile report for CRO review 14) Maintain a record of customer comments through customer feedback forms, mails, phone etiquette, registers, questionnaires and suggestion box 15) Compile customer feedback and forward to line manager appropriate action Person Specifications a.

Experience At least two year's working experience in sales and marketing or health related field iii) Job Title: Logistics Assistant Reports to: Logistics Officer Directly Supervises: None Directorate: Customer Services The Main Job Purpose: Support warehouse operations with respect to preparation, dispatch and delivery of customers'. consignments in accordance with the warehouse guidelines. Key duties and responsibilities;. 1) Enter dispatch data into IFS and verify consignments being dispatched 2) Follow customer orders, liaise with warehouse on status of order, consolidate & make available consignments at dispatch and ready for transportation to the designated facilities. 3) Adhere to the project and Rods delivery schedule 4) Perform route optimization through the ERP, and draw shorter routes in order to minimize transportation costs, create a loading list bearing in mind the minimum delivery value and delivery schedule and share loading lists with the transporter to avail optimal trucks to ensure timely delivery 5) Scan all stages for walk in customers and delivery orders (POA, POH, POHD and POD).

6 6) Arrange documentation and verify with driver to ensure consignments are dispatched with proper paper work and dispatch items for waiting customers in the shortest time possible. 7) Monitor and verify mileage sheets before approval for payment and follow-up on credit notes for any damages and loss during transportation 8) Track vehicles in the field to ensure drivers adhere to routes. 9) Scan Barcodes for proof of handling while loading and advise driver to do POD while delivering 10) Authorize and verify all dispatches to ensure that they are accurate and have the necessary documents and are as per loading list 11) Respond to any queries or complaints about quality and quantity of goods dispatched 12) Retrieve documents from archive to be able to do proper follow up and liaise with warehouse personnel to determine the way forward. 13) Sign and approve documents to enable dispatch of consignment Person specifications a.

8 2) Drive the growth strategy for the key accounts so as to increase JMS revenue from these customers. 3) Predict and anticipate the needs of the key accounts without necessarily waiting for their orders. 4) Perform frequent visits to these top/select clients, take note of findings and propose improvement areas of attention for Management's Consideration. 5) Work with the Key clients to Plan for their needs (quantification and procurement plans development). 6) Identify the top clients' unique needs and communicate them to PIMT for review and inclusion in JMS plans and develop strategies to win business from potential large customers. 7) Write project proposals for specific projects to enhance excellent strategic relationships between JMS and the Key customers. 8) Promote JMS on different platforms; online presence, print media presence, social media and corporate social responsibility initiatives. 9) Plan and implement an annual Key Customer conference championed by JMS as a strategy for re-energizing JMS' market and industry leadership position.
