Acquisition (to download) and submission (to upload) of entry files are implemented via Honda Environmental Data Management System (*SLIMOFFICE) Submitted data will be put into data base. It helps suppliers to confirm GHG reduction activities over time and to extract issues by using data analysis *System Requirement: OS: Windows VISTA, Windows7, (Desktop Mode only) Web Browser: Internet Explorer 9 (VISTA) , 11 Excel: Microsoft Excel2007, 2010, 2013 (available as Excel2003 book format) *The above is compliant with Microsoft Support Policy.

3 The support will end when Microsoft ends support for the product *User ID registration is required in order to use the system (for approvers & representatives) Database is managed by Cloud System. "No more than 12 digits in the integer part of numeric data can be saved." An input number has the wrong number of digits. "A character string has been entered in a cell that accepts only numeric values." A character string has been input into a numeric cell. "No more than 2000 characters of string data can be saved." Please contact Honda PIC and follow their advise . Upload Data Error message is displayed when I put Submit button. Please use the file which you downloaded from SLIMOFFICE. If you still cannot upload, please contact Honda PIC. Upload Data Submit button is not active. There is some error of the entry data in the file. Please check the entry data referring the MANUAL page 23-26. Then re-try to upload according to the MANUAL page 16.
