7 In addition, OCH also provides capabilities to view and store hierarchical history information of master records. Related and Child Data Entities and its Configuration OCH is designed to store all related and child level Customer entities such as Addresses, Related Organizations, Related Persons, Assets, Financial Accounts, Notes, Campaigns, Partners, Affiliations, Privacy and so on. By leveraging the proven Siebel platform, OCH enables users not only to customize and extend existing entities but also to add new child and related entities. Some of the key features in the Consolidate pil lar include: List Import Workbench The List import work bench ha s been enhanced significantly to empower business users to load data int o the hub through metadata and template driven approaches including support for flat files, XML fil es and excel files. The import work bench also includes new user interf aces to resolve error conditi ons. In addition to providing a hi gh pe rf ormance, high volume batch import, the list import functi onality is also availa ble as a web service for real time integration.

This process manages the steps necessary to build the trusted best vers ion Customer profile : i dentification; re gistration; cleansing; matching; enri chment; linking; to create the best vers ion Customer pro file . The best vers ion Customer record also levera ges UUID to uniquely ide ntify the record ac ross the entire enterprise. The Customer re cord along with the related child re cords are tacked across the enterp rise by using one-to-many cro ss re ferencing mechanism between the OCH Customer Id and ot her applications Customer record s.
