4 Both models aredesigned similar in function however, ORBITER I is miniature in size to theORBITER III. Only the rotating head hasbeen engineered differently because of thesmall area in which it I and ORBITER III are furnishedwith scissor-type expansion legs operatedby an air cylinder and regulated by theControl Gun Assembly. Air valve andpressure regulator, mounted on ControlGun. open and close air cylinder to extendor retract centering legs. Pressureregulator allows adjustment to the amountof air passing through to the air air supply is connected to th~~back of the Control Gun Assembly. Spray gun,which is supplied with a customized painthose fitting, is utilized as the on-offmechanism for paint flow to ORBITER tools. Spray gun constructed for a max-imum of 4500 pounds of paint pressure(300 bar).Highest rate of speed and most accuratecoating will be performed by having oneman operate the Control Gun Assemblywhile another man pulls the ORBITER toolthrough the pipe . Paint application isremarkably fast, therefore, responsibilityof the ORBITER 's travel will require oneman's complete attention.
