Whenever, the soil organic carbon content come under high (as per soil test report) category or after 8 years, reduces urea by 20 kg per acre in rice. Nursery of short duration cultivar PR126 can be sown up to 20 June (25-30 days old seedlings) and transplanted up to 10 July in lines at 20 15 cm spacing for getting higher yields. 8 Apply 25 kg magnesium sulphate as basal dose at the time of sowing for higher soils irrigated with sodic water (RSC > meq/L), treat seed with the liquid bioformulations (Azo+PSB+ZnSB) along with gypsum (25% GR) scarcity of good quality irrigation water, alternate use of good quality canal water and saline tubewel water through surface drip irrigation is recommended in light-textured : Intercropping of broccoli/cauliflower is recommended in autumn Sugarcane planted in paired row trenches either at 90:30 cm or 120:30 cm. Moong: Moong-Potato/Peas-Spring Groundnut cropping system is recommended for higher productivity.

9 Soybean: Foliar application of ferrous sulphate ( ) at 30 days and mixed foliar application of ferrous sulphate ( ) and urea (2%) at 60 days after sowing is recommended for synergetic effect on yield and ameliorating iron : Soil application of 5 kg Borax per acre is recommended for obtaining higher yield in boron deficient Farming: Technique for preparing vermicompost has been TECHNIQUESRice/Basmati rice: Use 50 g per acre Takumi 20 WG (flubendiamide) for control of stem borers and 80 g per acre Token 20 SG (dinotefuran) for control of 80 ml neem-based bio-pesticide, Ecotin (azadirachtin 5%) or 4 litres per acre PAU Homemade Neem Extract at pest initiation stage for control of 150 ml per acre Iglare 24 SC (thifluzamide) for control of sheath Rice/Basmati Rice: Use 80 ml neem-based bio-pesticide, Ecotin (azadirachtin 5%) or 4 litres per acre PAU Homemade Neem Extract for control of.
