While watching TV with HDMI signal the audio sound suddenly becomes noisy (distortion, garbled, static or no sound or etc); After a few seconds the sound becomes normal, however it appears again in a few hours.

2 Remedy: Upgrade software as indicated on Table 1 (this upgrade can be done by SD card method). Prepare remote control and 2 blank SD Cards. Download files from Card A: File for software download - Unzip file then open folder SDDL and copy file at root of SD Card A . Card B: File for E-POP download - Unzip file " " then open folder "EPOP" and copy " " file at root of SD "CARD B". After preparing SD cards, plug TV to AC line and then power the TV ON. 2. Insert SD Card A into the televisions SD card slot.

Confirmation message to start download appears, Confirm Content. 5. 5 Updating starts Never turn TV off while upgrading. 7. SD Download completed message appears. SD DownloadCompleted!!Next remove the SD card from the and hold the POWER button on TV for 5 seconds and TV will shut off and restart automatically. 8. Remove SD Card from TV 9. Reset the TV. IF FIRMWARE UPDATE IS IN A STORE PROCEED WITH THE E_POP DOWNLOAD, IF IN A CUSTOMER HOME E_POP FIRMWARE UPDATE IS NOT NECESSARY. 11. E-POP Download, Insert SD Card B . (Make sure TV is on before) SD Download DTV_SOFT Upgrading NOTE: PLEASE FO NOT TURN OFF THE TV UNTIL DOWNLOAD IS COMPLETED Updating takes about 1 Minute.

8 Check self-check mode for checking soft version and returning to factory shipment setting. How to access: Hold on pressing volume down button on the control panel, and press "MENU" key on remote control. If the below screen appears, software update completed. Then Unplug AC cord from AC line (Wall outlet). 22. As Final Check, Confirming Factory shipment setting a) Plug TV to AC and Turn TV ON b) If it's confirm the First set up image appears then SELF-check is done c) If it doesn t appear perfom SELF-check again (step 20 then step 21) d) Set the Demo-mode setting. Important (After update is finished)When finishing update erase all downloaded contents in all SD cards for security.
