5 TICKETALLOTMENT DEDUCTIONSor circletrip transportationin respectof eachApprovedLocationof the Agentmay be issuedby deductionshallbe madeby eachMemberpartici-calendaryearat a discountof not morethat 75%of thepatingin the transportationgrantedfromthe Approvedapplicableair fare for the classof serviceused;providedLocation's annualallotmentwith ,thatnotwithstandinganyconditionsgoverni ngspecialwherea reducedfare ticketis issued,in wholeor in partfares,suchticketsmaynot be issuedusingspecialovera linewhichis operatedin poolthe chargefor airpertainingto the poolsectorshallbe madeby the pooltransportationconsistsof a fareand a surcharge, ticket,whetheror not thatweekend,businessclass,the discountshallbe basedonMemberoperatesthe actualpoolserviceused;further-the fare and suchsurcharge,but shallnot be appliedtomore,wherein an interchangeservicethe aircraftof oneexcessbaggagechargesor to any surchargespecificallyMemberoperatea throughservicefrompointson itsexcludedby the Memberfromthe applicationof theroutesto pointson anotherMember's routes, ticketsissuedto an eligiblepersonattachedcharterto suchotherMember,the deductionshallbeto an Agent's listedAdministrativeOfficeshallnotmadeon lyby the Memberoperatingthe flight,whentheincreasethe totalnumberof ticketspermittedby thispersontravelsexclusivelyon the interchangeservice; resolution .

6 The actualApprovedLocationor passengerworks,uponof this Paragraph,Membersoperatingservicesto andagreementbetweenthe Memberandthe AgentthefromIcelandmayprovideAccreditedA gentshavingonedeductionmaybe madefromthe annualallotmentof anyor moreApprovedLocationsin thatcountrywithanApprovedLocationof the Agentin the samecountry,asunlimitednumberof ticketsat a 50%discountovertheirlongas the aggregatenumberof ticketswhichthelinesbetweenIcelandand UK/Scandinavia;providedthisMembermaygran tthe Agentpursuantto Subpara-shallapplyas longas thereare not of this Resolutionis not exceeded; Agentshallnot be allowedto reimbursea Memberfor a reducedfareticket(s)issuedandusedfor the6. 8 OrMembersparticipatingin the transportationneednot haveso appointedthe Agentis instructedto issuethe ticketsuchApplicationshallnot grantthe reducedfare transportationticketshallbe includedin the nextAgencysalesreportif it knowsor reasonablyshouldhaveknownthattheunderBil lingand SettlementPlanreportingprocedureseligibi lityrequirementsor otherrequirementshavenotand remittanceshallbe madeaccordingly; Agentis instructedto issuethe Member'sTrafficDocumentthe Agentshallreportthe issuein the7. 9 BILLINGWHEREISSUANCE eachAccreditedAgentshallmaintain,for not lessthanPRECEDESCONCURRENCE(S)two yearsfromthe dateof Applicationand holdimmedi-OF PARTICIPATINGAIR CARRIERS atelyaccessible,adequaterecordsto substantiatetheAgent's certificationthata personnamedin anynotwithstandingthe provisionsof Paragraph8 of thisApplicationqualifiesfor reducedfare or moreparticipatingair carriers'recordsshallbe opento inspectionby a Memberto whichconcurrenceshavebeenrequestedby a Memberbutan Applicationis madeand shallincludethe following:havenot beenreceivedpriorto departuredate,suchMembermay causethe ticketto be issued,subjectto cancelledcheques,moneyordersfollowingcon ditions:or otherproofof paymentof salary,wagesand/orcommissionsas wellas all deductionsfor ticketis issuednot earlierthanten daysafterthesocialsecurity(or equivalent)in the caseof an employee;Applicationfor the reducedfare transportationhas beenreceived;the Agentgivesa writtenguaranteehe will pay, cancelledcheques,within15 daysof billingto the issuingMember,the fullmoneyordersor otherproofof paymentof salaryor otherapplicablefare for eachsectorfor whicha concurrenceremunerationfor servicesrendered,madein the caseofhas beenrefused;the Membermustrendersuchbillinga soleproprietor,partnerand/ordirector,eli gibleaswithin30 daysof the dateof receiptof any suchrefusal;definedherein.

10 Agentmust,within15 daysof the BillingDate, ,contracts,timesheetsor othersettlethe remittancedue directlywith the issuingMemberdocumentaryproofof the degreeof servicerequiredfromto be passedto the respectiveair theeachsole proprietor,partner,directorand/oremploye etoAgentdoesnot remitwithinsuch15 dayperiod,thewhompaymentof remunerationis shownunderSubpara- this Paragraph;to the Agentunderthe provisionsof the all Applicationsacceptedby the Memberto whichthe Applicationwas CHANGEIN ELIGIBILITY14. LIABILITYFORACCURACYif at any timepriorto the commencementof the travelOF APPLICATION thereis a changeaffectingthe eligibilityof the persontravelling,eitheras a consequenceof a changein statusthe Agentshallbe solelyresponsiblefor the accuracyofof suchperson( )or of theeachand the eventthat the Agencystatusof the Agentor ApprovedLocation( AgentAdministratorreceivesa complaintin writingthattheor ApprovedLocationcomesundernoticeof default)theAgent,in an Applicationfor reducedfare transportationAgentshallimmediatelyso notifythe Memberwhoseunderthe provisionsof this resolution ,hasmadeaticketis usedand shallimmediatelyreturnthe tickettomaterialmisrepresentation,and the AgencyAdministratorthat travelapprovalgrantedby the Memberfindsthata prima-faciecasehasbeenestablished,shalln o longerbe valid.
