Provide direction and insure positive work behavior in Bachelor s degree / Diploma in nursing. Current registration with nursing and midwifery council of Botswana. Minimum 10 years experience of which 5 years as PATIENT SERVICES manager . Understanding of basic financial principles [Budgets, Credit management] Experience in case management, medical billing, clinical coding and ICD 10 coding Computer proficiencyREQUIREMENT Organizational awareness.

3 Ability to lead and motivate others. Proven strategic-thinking, Problem solving, analytical and judgement skills. Flexibility and willing to adapt to change.
