To find out what amount, if any, you ll be required to pay back, you ll need to complete the Forgiveness Application . Here are the steps in that process: Below is a process flow to complete your Forgiveness Application : What is forgivable? Your loan will be eligible for full Forgiveness if the funds were used for eligible payroll costs, and eligible non-payroll costs during the Covered Period.

2 According to SBA guidance, at least 60% of the loan amount must have been used on payroll costs to receive full Forgiveness . Any payments you may be required to make are deferred until the SBA has made a final decision on your Forgiveness Application and sent that amount to Truist. Part of the Forgiveness amount assessment considers whether you maintained or rehired employees and maintained salary levels. The amount of loan Forgiveness you receive may be subject to reductions if full-time headcount declined, or if salaries and wages decreased more than 25%. Start Application Select Start Application to launch your PPP loan Application for a First Draw or Second Draw loan.

9 Profile - The last thing you'll see in this top ribbon is a Profile button. You won t need to use this feature. To-do List - The section on the left is a running list of items that will need your attention and action at some point in the PPP process. Upload Documents - We have a document repository where you upload documents for Truist to review. Note: Please don t upload password protected documents. Download Documents This is where you can download documents for your own records. If we upload documents for you, such as decision letters, or once you electronically sign your Forgiveness Application , the documents or complete documentation will show up in this section.

10 Incomplete Application - Your Application will only appear in this section if you have previously started applying and saved your work for later. Application Status Tracker If you ve already received funding, the first four steps on this tracker will display as complete.
