The system will display theApplicant Detailsscreen and you can update the |P a g eHOW TO APPLY can also print theApplication Summarypage for his/her reference. To allowSPAN to process the APPLICATION , applicant is required to submit the printed applicationsummary info together with the rest of the documents for verification purposes. To print,click on thePrintbutton. The system will display the summary screen. Click onPrinttoprint APPLICATION summary must be attached together with thesupporting documents and submitted to |P a g eHOW TO APPLY submit the APPLICATION , applicant is required totick on the checkbox at the Declarationsection.
