1 PHARMACY drug Information Page 1 of 1 SUBJECT: drug Information POLICY: The Center will maintain a current listing (formulary) of all medications available at the Center. This will be approved at least annually by the Medical Director and the Governing Board. There will be up-to-date basic drug reference books located at the main Medication Storage Area and available to the medical and nursing staff. The basic references will include, but are not limited to: PDR Nursing drug Handbook drug Compatibility Chart Additional detailed drug Information can be obtained from the Consulting Pharmacist or from an electronic connection. A list of abbreviations and metric apothecary conversion charts will be located at the main Medication Storage Area. Unofficial Copy
