It was prepared by allthe ten Gurus and the tenth Guru fixed its ultimate formand honoured it with Guruship. Where a Gursikh seeks spiritual guidance for his lifefrom Sri Guru Granth Sahib; for social, communal and politicaldevelopment and ideals, he has to seek direction from GuruPanth. He alone is called a Gursikh who holds completefaith and trust on Guru Granth Sahib and Guru Panth. Hewho does not abide by the discipline or rules of Guru Panthmay be anything but a Sikh according to the big fight is who is Guru Panth ? Every ignorantperson who has been able to acquire knowledge of two herbshas been promoting himself as a Vaid.

A few ignorant Sikhsbecome his followers. And on the strength of a few lines ofGurb n committed to memory, they are indulging inpropaganda, misleading naive people and pushing their ownpeculiar Panth. Such a chaos exists that can be welldescribed by ko n kisai varja so karai jo man bh vai. New Satgurus, S dhs and Sants are appearing one of them is promoting his Panth by calling it theadherent of the ideals and Philosophy of Guru Nanak-GuruGobind Singh, and is creating tremendous confusion in theminds of gullible Sikhs. The so called holymen are living livesmiles away from the tenets of Gurmat and are claiming theirgenuineness.

These self made Sants, S dhs and Gurus arebetraying the Panth and dividing it into small factions. As aresult, the new generation has remained ignorant of are trimming and cutting their moustaches and Sikh character that the nation was proud of isdisappearing. Yet these fake leaders are busy promoting theirown Panth. Putting the simple person in all sorts of doubtsand through all sorts of absurdities, they are operating theirshops successfully. At the same time, they are claiming to beleaders of the Panth. In order to earn followings, they areusing the names of the martyrs.

Pawning the blood of themartyrs and not feeling ashamed of demanding Jathedaris, where will such tendencies take the Sikhs?Sychophancy has reached its nether end. The leadersof the Panth are sparing no efforts to bring the Panth onthe feet of the others. At this state of uncertainity, thereligion based conduct have taken a back seat but none ofthese self made so called Gurus have ever paid attentionto raise the morality of its community. It is a state wherea green living plant is hard to find in the fire of the we pray before the well wishers and fully baptisedSikhs to discard all their menial interests, disputes forgaining place of authority and get down to seriousrequirement of re-establishing the credibility of Guru Sahibs had raised only one Panth, and it should beone still.

As it is, we are small in number. The caste divide, division by profession, brotherhood, rural and urban livinghave further added to our woes and tribulations. Remember !our negligence at this time will obliterate all the good workPhilosophy of Sikh ReligionPhilosophy of Sikh ReligionPhilosophy of Sikh Religion65done by our martyrs. The life style of our children and youngmen broken away from the tenets of sikhism is soundingalarm of our dark future. Let us free ourselves from futilediscussions and debates on matters that would in no wayraise the spirit and knowledge of Sikhs.

Let us put an endto the propagation of our specious knowledge andreasoning. If we remain careless about it, the apostasy willover power the community resulting in much greaterdamage. Let us resolve our differences discriminately, andif we are still unable to come to a mutually agreeablesolution, close the subject. Then raise an organisation thatcan take up removal of apostasy at a fast pace. There isa dire need to remove the feelings of inferiority complexfrom the minds of our new is an organisation ?

Whatever be our ownindividual thoughts and fixations, to approach a problemunitedly with the active participation of other members withdisregard to their own views on the subject is possess qualities in two forms, individual andcollective. The form of the body, intelligence, experiences, thelevel of conception, sentiments and needs are the constituentsof individual traits. By the acquisitions of these, a form ofpersonality of an individual results. But these traits do notdistinguish much between a human and animal. Human alsopossess universal qualities, experiences and intelligence/knowledge of wide ranging subjects and feelings.

By hisefforts, he tries to reach benefits to others and learn morefrom others endeavour. Man cannot progress without sociallife, organisation and associations. Whatever progress he hasmade, much is due to his temperament of unity is like a body which has many these appendages function under the order of brain ormind. Their gain or loss is common. Although each part orappendage has an independent existence, yet each oneof them join the other giving up their own individuality andfunctions in consonance with other parts, It is then calleda body system.

Similarly when a man associates his gainand loss with a community or a group, then he becomespart of an organisation. Unity cannot be achieved till everyseparate part forgets its existence for achieving a commonobjective and system exists in all the creation of theLord. Sun, Moon, Earth, Planets, Stars are all fixed in spaceat their allotted place by some power. Very small atoms andvery small cells have united to form the body of a humanbeing. When we speak, our voice reaches the listener bywaves that travel through ether. The bees, the cranes andants work together.
